Shesha Kanta Pangeni

Currently, I am working as an Assistant Professor at Kathmandu University School of Education. I am KU graduate completing both Master's degree and MPhil degree. In addition, I got PhD fellowship to work on my PhD project. The fellowship was supported by The Norwegian Programme for Capacity Development in Higher Education and Research for Development (NORHED) project at Kathmandu University School of Education. HiOA is one of the collaborating partners in the project. I am still doing my PhD project entitled "Web Technology in Higher Education: Online Learning Environment and Activities".  I have been working at my current institution since 2009.

I do have professional experience in teaching for more than 18 years (School level to University level). Other part of my experience is about educational leadership. I have worked as secondary school coordinator and school principal for about 6 years in different private school in Kathmandu.
I enjoy working with technology in education (ICT in Education). I have completed various technology based projects at my current organization and UNESCO.
Area of my research interests are educational leadership, mathematics education, technology in education, and online and distance education.
